If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we guarantee to refund you the full purchase price or to replace your painting with another painting of your choice.  Please note: Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable. All we ask that is you follow our return policy.

Question: What happens if the purchase is not deemed satisfactory?
Answer: If at any time a problem occurs, our company requests that you
immediately contact our customer care center by using the site's contact form.
Our customer care agents will do their best in order to resolve any problematic issues. In case there is a mistake on our behalf, we will check if you qualify for a reshipment, reimbursement or a discount on your next order.

Question:  When will my painting or canvas print be delivered?
Answer:  In stock items are ready to be shipped and will be shipped within 24hours once your order is processed.  Other items must be carefully prepared in order to reach high quality and precision. The preparation time needed varies for each painting.  From the moment of ordering a painting our company needs between 4-6 weeks to produce and prepare your painting for shipment.  We will inform you by email once your painting is ready to be shipped.
