Order Cancellation

In case you need to cancel your order, you may do so as long as the merchandise has not been shipped and is not in transit. In order to cancel, contact our customer care center using the site's contact form . You must provide your order number, your name and the shipment address.

Each painting & and canvas print is carefully inspected by our master artists before shipment in order to assure its top quality.

Return Policy

AAAPaintings.com will accept returns of items in their original packaging and in the same condition shipped for exchange, credit or a complete money back guarantee (shipping & handling fees are non refundable) within the first 20 days from the items ship date.

Items must be in original condition. If any alterations have been made or if the item is not in its original condition we will refuse the exchange, credit or refund. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any credit or refund will be for the item sale price less shipping & handling. If an item is found to be defective the above will not apply. If item is unavailable for exchange sale price will be refunded less shipping & handling.

In order to return parcels, you must contact our customer care agents by email to customercare@aaapaintings.com in order to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.

Items damaged in transit should be reported immediately to the carrier that delivered the item and to AAAPaintings.com promptly for further instructions.

AAAPaintings.com retains the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel the return policy is being abused.

Items returned back to our company's return address due to non-collection of item or changed addressed will be reshipped upon your request. The original shipping amount will be recharged to your credit card for shipping and handling fees.

Customer is responsible for all taxes & duties. In most countries hand-painted oils on canvas paintings do not attract duties. Custom duties vary from country to country and from state to state. We advise you to check first with your local customs office.
